Who we are

Solumi is a private emotional-support tool for parents navigating wet nights with older kids. It is run by a small team. We are not a healthcare provider.

What we collect

• Your email address and (optionally) a display name.
• The worries you write to Solumi and the replies generated for you.
• Usage data — how many replies you've used and your plan tier.
• If you subscribe, billing metadata from our payment processor (last 4 digits of the card, billing country). We never see or store your full card number.

How your words are used

When you send a worry, the text is forwarded to a third-party AI model provider to generate a reply. They process your text to produce a response and do not receive your account, your child's name, or any identifying information unless you write it into the worry itself. We recommend you avoid putting your child's full name in.

We do not use your worries to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the card data they collect. We receive only the billing metadata we need to manage your subscription (status, renewal date, plan).

Your rights

You can read, export, or delete your account and all your conversations at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and immediate. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of your paid period.

The Wisdom Library

From time to time, we may invite you to anonymously share a situation, piece of advice, or win that helped your family. This is always optional. If you choose to contribute, your submission may be reviewed and added to Solumi's Wisdom Library to help other parents. Contributions are anonymous — no names, account information, or identifying details are attached. You grant Solumi a perpetual, royalty-free license to use submitted content within the app.

Children

Solumi is for parents and caregivers only. It is not designed for, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will close the account.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Solumi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
