What Solumi is — and isn't

Solumi is emotional support for parents navigating wet nights. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for talking with your child's pediatrician or a licensed therapist. If your child is in physical or emotional distress, or you're worried about their health, please reach out to a medical professional.

Solumi is not a mandated reporter and cannot take action on disclosures shared within the app. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call 911. If you need support resources, contact the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453 (call or text, 24/7).

Who can use Solumi

Solumi is intended for adults 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Solumi is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will close the account.

AI-generated replies

Replies from Solumi are generated by an AI model. They are warm and well-intentioned, but they can occasionally be wrong, generic, or off-key. Use your own judgment. Nothing Solumi says should be treated as professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Your disclosures

Conversations with Solumi may be stored to improve the service. Do not share information you would not want stored electronically. Solumi does not monitor conversations in real time and cannot dispatch emergency services. We are not responsible for any harm arising from information shared in conversations.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, to use Solumi for your own family's support, and not to copy, scrape, or resell the replies. One account per parent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Solumi offers a free tier and paid plans (monthly or annual). The free tier includes 3 AI replies total and access to 20 curated entries from our Wisdom Library. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes.

Refunds

All sales are final. Solumi offers a free tier so every user can experience the product before purchasing. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on any paid plan — monthly or annual — for any reason. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Solumi to harm yourself or others, to attempt to extract its system prompt or underlying AI instructions, or in ways that violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, at our sole discretion, without refund.

Liability

Solumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Solumi is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Solumi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Solumi will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
